Mystery (Secret) Shoppers defraud Companies
Yes, it is true! A very few Shoppers will actually falsify their audit reports.
There are the few unfair mystery shoppers, who complete fraudulent reports, thereby requiring companies to devise tricky questions on the submitted evaluations.
Although, I do not understand why anyone would attempt such pretense, it nevertheless happens.
Those who complete bogus reports represent a very small number of shoppers; yet, they put a black mark upon the industry as a whole.
Deliberately falsifying factual information is fraudulent behavior and if the Mystery Company for whom you signed up to provide those details finds out that you are ‘cheating’, they can pursue legal assistance to regain any monies or bonuses, you may have received.
If the Client finds out, they, more than likely, will request the Mystery Shopping Company to reimburse their compensation for those particular services or assignments to the Mystery Shop Organization.
Consequently, prior to formulating statistical data from the reports received, Mystery Shopper companies take precautions.
The Mystery Shopping Company does not want to lose their clients.
Mystery shopping companies will add pseudo questions and answers such as;
1) were the stairs to the second floor free from litter. (There in fact is no second story with stairs).
2) were the sales uniforms on the employees all alike. (There in fact are no employee uniforms).
3) was the ‘Greeter’ at the entry door friendly? (There in fact is no greeter).
4) did you sit in the front room with the clown murals? (There in fact is no front seating room).
Mystery shopping companies react very seriously to shoppers who submit phony reports for the reason that it directly reflects disingenuous services to their clients.
The clients of marketing, research and mystery shopping companies are paying for quality services to provide accurate data on business procedures, promotions, employee performances, price comparisons, product evaluations, statistical analysis and more.
Mystery Shopping companies know they must follow through with providing the accurate data to their retail clients.
If you are contemplating becoming a Mystery Shopper or you currently are and ever, for one moment, think you can falsify any reports; think again.
It will only look and be unscrupulous for you, in addition to disappointing your schedulers who have their trust in you.
Maintaining a high level of trust with your scheduler and Mystery Shopper Company is a paramount reason you can choose to provide quality reports that are needed for enlightening the retail world.
You have an opportunity to supply your input and impart your thoughts with detailed observances that can make important differences in retail policy, procedure, product and staff implementation.

collecting are in displays,

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Work hours range from 10-24 hours a week, depending
on the weeks project
• Use IRI’s collection portable computer, (MONet
device) answer survey questions about store
conditions,
activities, product displays and product counts
• Must have daily access to a landline phone line to
transmit data
• Effectively perform projects within deadlines and be
detailed orientated
• Demonstrate a willingness to cover open tasks
QUALIFIED CANDIDATES WILL POSSESS:
• Experience involving data collection in a retail is
a plus (not necessary)
• Reliable vehicle with proof of liability auto
insurance and a valid driver’s license
• Must have daily access to the Internet and have an
email address
• Must have a basic understanding of computers
including Microsoft windows
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, reach up to 6
feet, stand up to 5 hours, stretch, bend, kneel and
stoop
• Weekday and some weekend availability may be
required
• Must be 18 years or older

AboutFaceT is scheduling Motorcycle shops!
These shops require shoppers to go and ask about the assigned brand.
While there, shopper will most likely go through normal things a
customer would do if inquiring about motorcycle, such as asking about
features, etc.
There is no credit check on this shop or need to sit and haggle prices.
No Test-Drive. If you do this shop, you MUST act like the motorcycle is
for you or the person you have taken with you during the shop.
Restrictions – no weekends, no children, please.
