No appointment is made. We want you to do a drop in visit.

You can
shop any leasing consultant. You do not need to reach the same
consultant for the phone evaluation as the onsite.

Paperwork is very
easy, mostly yes/no questions. Explain “no” answers but a narrative
is not required. We need just three or four lines giving your total
impression of the visit and also of the hone call that is made AFTER
the visit.

This call is the phone evaluation. You may not have
shopped the location within the past 12 months.

Only serious shoppers need reply and only if you are sure you can do
the shop(s) and complete by the due date. Paperwork must be submitted
within 24 hours of completion and we must have it in by Sunday night,
March 23rd.

You must call to verify they are open before going to the apartments
to do the onsite visit.

The commission is $20 plus $5 bonus.

We have an exciting and unique shop opportunity available.

We are
looking for shoppers who have or know young children between the ages
of 2-13.

The shop entails a visit to a local store to first locate a
specific item and note where you found it, what shelf its on, is it
displayed attractively, etc. You will then approach a sales
associate with a specific scenario (ie. looking for a birthday gift,
looking for something suitable for a child who likes to draw, etc.)
and then report back the associates responses.

You must purchase the
item specified. Depending on the scenario, you may need to pay by
credit card or cash/debit, and you may also be required to purchase
additional items of your choice. You get to keep the merchandise you
purchase. A copy of the receipt must be emailed or faxed to us, PLUS
you must mail the original receipt to our office.

This is an interesting shop because you may be invited to report back

your opinion about the product within 48 hours to a week of

purchasing the product. (A link to a survey would be emailed to

those invited.) So, not only are you helping the client to gain much

appreciated information about the sales associate who assists you,

but you also may have the opportunity to share your thoughts and

ideas about the product.

This is absolutely a great shop for those of you who have a child’s

birthday coming up, or some other special occasion. The product

makes an excellent gift!
